Understanding Pranayama Workshop

$299.00

Pranayama, the 4th Limb of the 8-Limb practice of Yoga, is the practice of controlling your breathing. There has been increasing interest in pranayama as modern research has shown the importance of breath control on our physical, mental and emotional health. Pranayama is typically barely touched upon in Western yoga classes, and often taught wrong or not used in proper context.

Join me to learn how to increase your respiratory capacity and learn how to use these ancient practices in asanas (yoga postures), for relaxation and meditation.
